Remove your xBite account and data

Use the form below to ask us to erase your xBite account, profile details, and associated in-app content. You may also email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We aim to process the request within 2 business days.
We may write to the email you provide to verify that the request is genuine.

After deletion, limited technical information may remain for up to 30 days in case you choose to restore the account.

Account and Data Removal

You can remove your account and profile details inside xBite by opening Settings Manage Account Delete Account.

After deletion, we erase the user ID and associated in-app content. Personal information is retained only where a legal requirement applies, such as fraud-prevention or tax recordkeeping.
